Monthly meeting of the Town Board are held on the first Monday of the month with the exception of September when the meeting is held the Tuesday following Labor Day. Meetings are at the town hall and begin at 7 pm. To add items to the agenda, contact the clerk.
Annual Meeting is held 7pm on the 3rd Tuesday in April. included for the April 21, 2026 meeting is discuss & vote on appointed clerk & treasurer positions (currently is elected)
Budget Hearing/Special Meeting is held before the November monthly meeting.
Plan Commission meets the third Thursday of the month, only when there are agenda items. Items for the agenda need to be to the clerk by the first Thursday of the month to be included in the current month’s agenda.
Meeting Notices
Meetings, notices and agendas are posted at the Town Hall, Kwik Trip and the town website. Baldwin Bulletin is used when publication is necessary.
