Permits are required in the Town of Cady.<\/p>\n

The town is under St Croix County zoning- please contact St Croix County for zoning questions.<\/p>\n

BURNING PERMITS-<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Town of Cady can no long get burning permits forms from the WI DNR. Residents need to apply for the permit online. Go to https:\/\/dnr.wisconsin.gov\/topic\/forestfire\/permits<\/a> to complete a form to receive a permit from the DNR that is good for the calendar year. \u00a0Call 1-800-281-3478<\/strong>, St Croix County Dispatch, when you are doing a controlled burn <\/strong>to avoid having someone call the fire department and you end up with a bill for burning without calling.<\/p>\n

Driveway permits:\u00a0 Any type of new driveway needs a driveway permit.\u00a0 There is a fee for the permit.\u00a0 Contact the clerk for all driveway permits.<\/p>\n

Fireworks permits are available from the Chairman.<\/p>\n

Dog Licenses\/Exotic Animal Licenses<\/strong><\/p>\n

All dogs must be licensed.\u00a0 Licenses are available from the treasurer.\u00a0 Contact the treasurer for the cost of the license.<\/p>\n

Exotic animals must be licensed.\u00a0 The town has an ordinance concerning exotic animals. Licenses are issued when the animal owner meets all of the criteria in the ordinance.<\/p>\n
